This research was conducted to study of Tech Prep Program and suggest 2+2 articulation educational program as an educational reform program in Korea. Data of this research was collected by secondary sources. Tech Prep resources and 2+2 articulation educational program were collected in research articles and books. This research was conducted by qualitative and empirical method. The origin, definition, curriculum, status of Tech Prep were reviewed. In this research (1)emphasis strong basic core subjects in vocational highschool, (2)seamless articulation between two institutes, (3)vocational school purpose should be changed variously, (4)legislation, and (5)junior college education reform were suggested for 2+2 articulation educational program in this research.
