간호대학생의 인권의식이 다문화 수용성에 미치는 영향과 자아존중감의 조절효과

The effect of Human rights awareness on Multicultural Acceptability and moderating effect of Self-esteem

본 연구는 간호대학생의 인권의식이 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는지 파악하고 자아존중감이 조절효과를 갖는가를 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 자료는 2020년 5월 11일부터 15일까지 B시에 소재한 2곳의 간호대학생 176명을 대상으로 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson’s correlation coefficient, hierarchical multiple regression analysis으로 분석하였다. 본 연구를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자원봉사활동 경험 유무는 인권의식과 자아존중감에 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 종교, 해외 경험 유무, 다문화 친구 사귄 경험 유무는 다문화 수용성에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 인권의식, 자아존중감, 다문화 수용성은 서로 상관관계가 있었다. 셋째, 간호대학생의 인권의식은 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 간호대학생의 인권의식은 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미쳤으며, 자아존중감은 조절효과를 나타냄을 입증하였다. 이는 다문화 수용성 증가를 위해 자아존중감 증가를 위한 새로운 접근방법이 필요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify whether human rights awareness of nursing college students affects multicultural acceptability and to analyze whether self-esteem has a moderating effect. The data were collected from 176 nursing college students in two B cities from May 11 to 15, 2020. The collected data were analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson s correction effect, and hyerarchical multi-regulation analysis using the SPSS 23.0 program. The study summarizes the following. First, the existence of volunteer work experience showed a significant difference in human rights awareness and self-esteem, and the existence of religion, overseas experience, and multicultural friend experience showed a significant difference in multicultural acceptability. Second, the human rights awareness, self-esteem and multicultural acceptability of nursing college students were correlated with each other. Third, the human rights awareness of nursing college students influenced multicultural acceptability. Fourth, the human rights awareness of nursing college students influenced multicultural acceptability, and self-esteem proved to have a moderating effect. This suggests a new approach to increasing self-esteem is needed to increase multicultural acceptability.
