본 연구에서는 문제행동 아동을 대상으로 부모-아동 상호작용 프로그램이 아동의 문제행동과 부모의 양육스트레스에 미치는 프로그램 참여 효과를 살펴보았다. 부산지역사회서비스에서 심리치유 서비스프로그램에 참여하는 아동 중 문제행동을 보이는 아동 6명과 그들 부모 6명을을 대상으로 진행하였고, 사전-사후 검사를 통하여 아동의 문제행동 총점과 부모의 총 양육 스트레스 변화를 아동‧청소년문제행동척도검사(K-CBCL)을 이용하였다. 그 결과, 아동의 문제행동 척도가 낮게 나타나며 부모의 양육스트레스도 감소하였다. 즉 부모-아동 상호작용 프로그램은 부모의 긍정적 상호작용이 아동의 문제행동 변화에 영향을 미쳤고, 부모의 양육스트레스를 감소시키는데 효과적으로 나타났다. 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같이 제언하고자 한다. 부모-아동 상호작용 프로그램이 보다 많은 아동과 부모가 참여할 수 있도록 다양한 영역에서 운영이 활성화 될 필요가 있으며, 흥미롭고 다양한 프로그램개발이 필요하다. 또한 아동의 수정 행동에 대한 지속적인 유지 확인을 위한 장기적인 관찰까지 포함되는 연계프로그램의 운영대책 등이 필요하다.
Childhood is a time to of physical and emotional development so parents have a very significant impact on their children because they provide a nurture and environment to promote their child’s growth. The Parent-Child Interaction Program aims at reducing the problem behavior of children through child-led interaction, parent-led interaction, and a parent-child interaction program by setting goals suitable to the individual child based on problems complained about in the initial interview, and thereby aims at reducing parenting stressing. The present study attempted to understand the effect of the program on the stress of parents, which comes from child rearing and problem behaviors by conducting a parent-child interaction program that target problem behavior children. The study targeted a total of 12 subjects including 6 parents and their 6 children who displayed problem behavior and were participating in a psychotherapy service program at Busan Area Social Services. Pre and post tests compared and analyzed the total score of child problem behavior and total parenting stress changes through an objectification test, and behavior changes were recorded through indirect observation with compliment coding assignments. The results showed that when the child problem behavior scale scored low, parenting stress decreased, revealing a significant change. In other words, the parent-child interaction program shows that positive parental interaction effects changes in child problem behavior, and is effective in reducing parenting stress. The study suggests the following based on the research results. First, parent-child interaction programs must be vitalized in terms of their operation in various areas so that more children and parents are able to participate. A plan must be established so that community welfare centers, community children’s centers, elementary schools as well as private counseling centers are able to operate the program. Second, Parent Child Interaction program is a plan for dissemination by developing a variety of programs to Rob parents and children need a little more interesting. It referred to the program involved with the children s parents and the children and parents are interested in the program can participate in fun activities to terminate sessions are needed research program. Third, it is necessary to operate connected programs that include long-term observation aimed at checking the lasting maintenance of the modified behavior of the children.
