로지스틱 회귀분석을 통한 성인학습자의 문화예술교육 참여요인 탐색 연구

A study on exploring factors of adult learners participation in culture and arts education through logistic regression analysis

이 연구는 통칭되었던 문화예술교육을 각 장르 특성에 따라 학습자 참여요인을 탐색하는것이 목적이다. 연구방법은 온라인조사로 실시된 성인학습자 427명의 응답에 대해 다양한 문화예술 각 장르에 참여하는 요인이 무엇인지에 관한 로지스틱 회귀분석을 활용하였다. 종속변인은 10개의 문화예술교육 장르에 참여의사가 있는지 여부이고, 설명변인은 교육기관, 교육동기, 교육경험, 교육시간, 투여비용, 성별, 연령, 거주지역, 직업여부, 월수입 이었다. 각 장르에 대한 분석모델의 Hosmer와 Lemeshow 검증은 모두 유의하게 나타나, 문화예술교육 장르에 따라 성인학습자의 참여요인에 대한 로지스틱 회귀모형이 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 요인별로는 장르에 따라 교육기관, 교육동기, 교육경험, 교육시간, 투여비용, 성별, 연령이 선택확률에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 장르별로는 문학행사 선택확률은 교육동기, 학습경험, 교육기간, 소요비용, 연령이 유의미한 결과를보였다. 역사·철학 장르는 교육동기와 교육기관이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 미술과 영화의경우는 성별이, 뮤지컬은 교육동기와 교육경험, 성별이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대중음악· 연예의 경우는 교육기관이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 각 문화예술교육장르에 따라 어떤 특성이 선택될 확률이 높은지 분석하였고, 이는 평생교육프로그램의 기획과 정책적 결정시 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to explore learner participation factors according to the characteristics of each genre collectivelyy referred to as culture and arts education. The responses of 427 adult learners conducted through online surveys were analyzed through logistic regression analysis as to what factors are involved in various genres of culture and art. The dependent variable is whether there are intentions to participate in the 10 genres of arts and culture education. The explanatory variables were educational institution, educational purpose, educational experience, educational time, monthly cost, gender, age, residential area, job status, and monthly income. It has significant that the participation factors of adult learners differ according to the culture and art education genre. By factor, it was found that the educational institution, educational purpose, educational experience, educational time, monthly cost, gender, and age affect the probability according to the genre. By genre, it was significant when choosing literary events, history and philosophy, painting, movies, musicals, popular music, and entertainment. This study can provides implications for selecting and developing genres according to each factor when planning educational programs and making policy decisions in the field of lifelong learning.
