국공립 어린이집 부모의 요구와 운영개선 방안연구

A Study on the Needs and Operational Improvement of Parents in the National Public Daycare Center

본 연구에서는 부모들의 국공립 어린이집 운영에 대한 요구가 무엇인지 그리고 그에 따른 운영개선 방안을 알아보기 위해 서울 성동구, 경기 남양주, 제주 구좌읍에 거주하는 국공립어린이집 부모 각 50명씩 총 150명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 설문지 구성은 어린이집 운영에서 반 구성, 시설의 문제, 교재교구, 실외놀이, 시설 규모, 주변 환경, 위치, 등하원 방법등의 항목으로 구성하였고, 보육 프로그램으로는 프로그램의 중요성과 인적환경에 대한 내용으로 구성하였다. 어린이집운영, 보육프로그램, 인적환경의 요구를 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용한 빈도분석을 하여 부모의 요구를 분석한 결과, 반 구성은 동일 연령반을 선호하고 국공립 40%확충을 기대하며 보육료현실화를 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 보육 프로그램에 대한 부모들의 요구는 안전관리 부분에 대해 중요하게 생각하였으며 부모들의 개인적 성취도와 발전을 위한 시간적 배려를 할 수 있는 프로그램 개발을 요구하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs of parents for the operation of a national day care center and In order to find out how to improve the operation, a questionnaire was conducted for 150 parents, 50 parents of each national daycare center in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, Namyangju, and Gujwa-eup, Jeju. As a result, the class composition preferred the same age group, expecting the national public to increase by 40%, and wanted to realize childcare fees.
