유아교육기관의 팀티칭 운영에 관한 예비유아교사의 인식

The Pre-Service Early Childhood Teachers Perception of Team Teaching in Child Education Institutes

본 연구는 예비유아교사들에게 팀티칭의 의미와 필요성, 팀티칭의 효과, 팀티칭 운영에 관한 인식을 알아보는 것으로서 4·3년제 유아교육학과, 보육교사 교육원, 사이버 대학의 예비유아교사 499명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 카이자승검증, ANOVA, Dunnett T3를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 연구 결과로는 첫째, 팀티칭 실행이 필요한 이유는 ‘교사들의 협력으로 수업 계획 및 실행과 평가가 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있다’가 가장 높았으며, 팀티칭을 실시하는 목적은 ‘교사 간의 능력· 경험의 차이를 보완’하기 위한 것이라고 인식하였다. 둘째, 팀티칭 반운영에 있어서는 ‘교사간의 장점을 살려 다양한 활동 제공’을 가장 높게 나타났다. 팀티칭의 협력관계에 미치는 효과에 대해서는 ‘교사 간의 영유아에 대한 의사소통 증가’를 중요하게 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 팀티칭의 참여여부를 결정하는 주체에 대하여서는 ‘교사들 간의 회의’를 통해 결정해야 한다고 응답하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the meaning and need, effect and management of team teaching, and the perception of team teaching among pre-service early childhood teachers. The subjects were 499 pre-service early childhood teachers of 4-3year college program, 1-year child care education center, and cyber universities. The data collected in this study were analyzed by frequency analysis, chi-square test, ANOVA, and Dunnett T3. The findings of the study were as follows. First, the reason why team teaching is needed is that the plan, execution and evaluation of class can be done effectively through the cooperation of teachers . The purpose of team teaching is to complement the difference between teachers abilities and experiences . Second, in the case of team teaching class operation, providing various activities by taking advantage of teachers was the highest. As for the effect of team teaching on cooperative relationship, increased communication between teachers about infants and young children was recognized as important. Third, the subjects who decide whether to participate in team teaching should be decided through the meeting between teachers .
