보육교사의 인성, 직무스트레스가 아동학대에 미치는 영향

Study on the Effect of Child Care Teacher’s Personalty on Child Abuse

본 연구는 보육교사의 인성, 직무스트레스가 아동학대에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 인천광역시 소재 어린이집을 선정하여 2018년 2월부터 3월까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 배부된 설문지는 350부이었고 회수된 설문지는 332부이었으며, 이 중에서 5문항이상의 미체크된 설문지는 제외하였고 최종적으로 326부를 연구자료로 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS를 사용하였으며, 기술통계분석, 회귀분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다, 연구결과는 첫째, 보육교사의 인성이 아동학 대에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 인성이 직무스트레스에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무스트레스는 아동학대의 보육활동, 학부모와의 관계가 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of child care teacher’s personality on child abuse and whether job stress is a parameter in the process of child care teacher’s personality affecting child abuse. For this purpose, 50 child care facilities in Incheon were selected and the questionnaires were conducted for teachers working there from February 10 to March 20, 2018. Among the 350 copies distributed and retrieved the 332 copies, from those copies, unchecked questionnaires with more than 5 questions were excluded. The 326 copies that were possible to analyze were used for final analysis. The data were analyzed by reliability test, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Sobel test using the SPSS 20.0 program. The result of this process is as follows. First, in the effects of childhood teacher’s personality on child abuse did not have a significant effect on child abuse. Second, in the effects of childhood teacher’s personality on job stress did not have a significant effect on child abuse. Third, in the effects of job stress on child abuse, child care activities and relationship with parents showed significant effect on child abuse
