아동·청소년기 복합외상경험이 대학생의 정서행동문제에 미치는 영향: 대처유연성의 매개효과를 중심으로

The Effect of Complex Trauma in Childhood on the Emotional Behavioral problem for College Students; Focused on the mediating effects of Coping Flexibility

본 연구는 대학생의 정서행동문제와 아동·청소년기 복합외상경험이 어떤 관계를 이루는지 파악하고, 대학생의 정서행동문제, 아동․청소년기 복합외상경험 사이에서 대처유연성이 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 대학생 499명을 대상으로 아동․청소년기 복합외상경험, 대학생 정서행동문제, 대처유연성을 묻는 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동․청소년기 복합외상경험, 대학생의 정서행동문제와 대처유연성은 서로 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아동․청소년기 복합외상경험은 대학생의 정서행동문제에 직접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대처유연성은 대학생의 정서행동문제에 직접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 아동․청소년기 복합외상경험은 대처유연성에 직접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 아동․청소년기 복합외상경험이 대학생의 정서행동문제에 미치는 영향을 대처유연성이 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 통해 대처유연성을 활용한 정서행동문제의 예방 및 활용에 대한 시사점과 연구의 제한점을 논의하였다.

The purposes of study were to examine the relationship between complex trauma experiences in childhood and emotional/behavioral problems of college students, and to verify the influence of coping flexibility on the complex trauma experiences in childhood and emotional/behavioral problems. The results were as follows: First, Complex trauma experiences in childhood, coping flexibility and emotional/behavioral problems of college students were correlations. Second, Complex trauma experiences in childhood were directly affect emotional/behavioral problems of college students. Third, Coping flexibility were directly affect emotional/behavioral problems of college students. Fourth, Complex trauma experiences in childhood were directly affect coping flexibility. Fifth, Coping flexibility partially mediated the relationship between complex trauma experiences in childhood and emotional/behavioral problems of college students. Based on the results, this study discussed the suggestions and limitation of prevention and practical use of emotional/behavioral problems by using coping flexibility.
