헤어디자이너의 근무환경과 직무스트레스와의 관계에서 여가활용의 매개효과

The Mediating Effect of Leisure Utilization in the Relationship Between the Work Environment and the Job Stress of a Hair Designer

본 연구의 목적은 헤어디자이너의 근무환경이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대한 여가활용의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 근무환경을 독립변수, 직무스트레스를 종속변수, 여가활용을 매개변수로 사용하였으며, 서울과 경기도에 근무하는 헤어디자이너 232명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 첫째, 근무환경의 동료관계와 작업환경은 여가활용에 정적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 근무환경의 동료관계와 작업환경은 직무스트레스에 부적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 여가활용의 자기계발, 여가지속, 정서안정은 직무스트레스에 부적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 근무환경이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대해서 여가활용의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 헤어디자이너의 근무환경이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대해서 여가활용은 부분매개효과를 보이고 있었다. 근무환경의 변화로서 제도적으로 주 5일 근무제, 월차 및 연차의 사용을 통해 근무시간을 감소시켜야 한다. 멘토링 제도를 도입하여야 할 것이다. 회사 차원에서 동호회 활동 등에 대한 지원의 필요성이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of leisure utilization on the effect of the working environment of a hair designer on job stress. The working environment was used as an independent variable, job stress as a dependent variable, and leisure use as a parameter. A study was conducted on 232 hair designers working in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. First, the peer relationship of the working environment and the working environment had a static effect on leisure utilization. Colleagues and working conditions in the working environment had a negative impact on job stress. Self-development, leisure, and emotional stability of leisure use had a negative effect on job stress. Second, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of leisure utilization on the effect of the working environment on job stress, leisure utilization showed a partial mediating effect on the effect of the work environment of the hair designer on job stress. As a change in working environment, it is necessary to systematically reduce working hours through the use of a five-day work week, monthly, and annual. A mentoring system should be introduced. At the company level, there is a need for support for club activities.
