상상력을 활용하는 깊은 학습(Learning in Depth)의 초등진로교육 적용 방안 탐색

An Inquiry on the Application Methods of Learning-in-Depth using Imagination for Career Education in Elementary School

연구목적: 진로교육은 사회의 변화에 따라 학습자에 대한 실질적인 교육의 방향이 신속하고 유동적으로 대응하여 이루어진다. 그러므로 4차 산업혁명 이후의 급격히 달라지는 사회 환경에 대비하고자 초등 진로교육에서 교육방법의 다각적 모색이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구는 ‘창의적이고 능동적인 진로개발 역량 함양’이라는 2020년 학교진로교육 비전을 달성하기 위해 Egan의 ‘상상력을 활용하는 깊은 학습(Learning in Depth)’을 진로교육에 적용할 것을 제안한다. 연구방법: 깊은 학습은 창의적 체험활동 시수의 ‘진로활동’에서 계획하거나, 교과 성취기준과 진로교육 목표를 재구성하고 이를 재배치하는 범교과 학습주제로 ‘진로교육’ 학습을 설계할 수 있다. 그리고 차시 성취지표에 따라 활동을 선정하고 발달 단계에 따른 인지도구를 투입하여 상상력을 활용하는 깊은 학습을 실행할 수 있다. 연구결과: 상상력을 활용하는 깊은 학습은 진로교육 과정에 대해 보다 지적이고 종합적인 탐구를 제시한다. 논의 및 결론: 상상력을 활용하는 깊은 학습을 적용한 진로교육은 학습자가 자신의 직업을 찾기보다는 직업 속에서 과업을 스스로 생각하고, 행복을 추구하는 창의적 역량 신장으로서 초등 진로교육 목표도달에 효과적인 방안이 될 것이다.

Purpose: This study suggests that Egan s ‘Learning in Depth’ should be applied to career education in order to achieve the 2020 school career education vision of creating creative and active career development capabilities. Method: ‘Learning in Depth’ can be planned from the career activities of the number of creative experience activities, or career education learning can be designed with a pan-textual learning theme that reconstructs and reassigns curriculum achievement standards and career education goals. In addition, ‘Learning in Depth’ can be carried out using imagination by selecting activities according to achievement indicators and injecting recognition tools according to the development stage. Results: ‘Learning in Depth’ using imagination presented a more intelligent and comprehensive exploration of career education courses. Conclusion: Career education, which utilizes ‘Learning in Depth’ using imagination, will be an effective way to achieve the goals of elementary career education as a creative ability growth in which learners think of their tasks themselves and pursue happiness in their jobs rather than finding their own jobs.
