In this study, the language network analysis method is used to analyze the research of number and operation area in mathematics education conducted over the last 10 years from 2010. Based on 63 Korean articles, the data is collected using Biblio Data Collector, and analysis using 1-mode and 2-mode network techniques was performed simultaneously. As a result of this analysis, research trends focusing on number and operation in the recent 10 years of mathematics education research can be summarized as analysis of number and operation in the educational process . Also, in the past 10 years, the main topics of number and operation in mathematics education were Study on the analysis of textbooks by grades in number and operation , Study on the connection between achievement standards and contents of the curriculum , and Learning effects of number and operation with children with disabilities . Lastly, as compared with the results of this study and ‘number and operation’ of the 2015 revision curriculum mathematics content system, It has been found that studies on ‘fractions’, ‘decimals’, ‘subtractions’, and ‘divisions’ have not been done much.
