그림책창작 미술치료 프로그램이 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감과 진로결정수준에 미치는 효과

The Effects of a Picture Book Creation Art Therapy Program on University Students’ Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Career Decision Level

본 연구의 목적은 그림책창작 미술치료 프로그램이 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감과 진로결정수준에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 수도권에 위치한 대학교 3, 4학년 재학생 중 프로그램 참여를 원하고 진로결정자기효능감과 진로결정수준 점수가 평균 이하에 해당하는 자들로 총 14명을 선정하여 실험집단, 통제집단 각 7명으로 무선 배치하였다. 본 프로그램은 실험집단에 한하여 주 2회 120분씩 총 12회 실시하였다. 연구도구로는 진로결정자기효능감 검사, 진로결정수준 검사를 사용하였고 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정(Willcoxon signed ranks test)을 사용하여 양적인 변화를 분석하고 완성된 진로표현 그림책을 통해 질적인 변화를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 그림책창작 미술치료 프로그램은 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 효과를 보였다. 둘째, 그림책창작 미술치료 프로그램은 대학생의 진로결정수준에 통계적으로 유의한 효과를 보였다. 셋째, 그림책창작 미술치료 프로그램의 완성된 진로표현 그림책에서 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감과 진로결정수준에 질적인 변화를 보였다. 따라서 본 프로그램은 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감과 진로결정수준을 향상시킬 수 있다는 점에 임상적으로 가치가 있으며 본 연구를 기초로 대학생의 진로결정에 도움을 주는 프로그램으로 널리 적용되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of a picture book creation art therapy program on the career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision level of university students. The participants were chosen among the third- and fourth-year students of universities located in the metropolitan area who below-average career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision level scores on pre-tests. For the experimental group only, the program was conducted twice a week for 120 minutes for a total of 12 sessions. The measurement tools included a career decision-making self-efficacy scale, and a career decision scale. Quantitative changes were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, and qualitative changes were analyzed through the completed career picture books. The results were as follows: First, the picture book creation art therapy program had statistically significant effects on university students career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, this program had statistically significant effects on university students career decision level. Third, the career expression picture book had qualitative changes on the career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision levels of university students. Thus, this program is clinically valuable to improve the career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision levels of university students. It is expected that this program will be widely applied to help university students career decisions.
