핵심감정 체크리스트 타당화 연구

A Validation Study of the Nuclear Feeling Checklist

본 연구에서는 핵심감정을 측정하기 위하여 개발된 김경민(2019)의 핵심감정 체크리스트(Nuclear Feeling Checklist)를 척도화하여 타당한지 알아보고자 하였다. 먼저 기존의 핵심감정 체크리스트를 타당화하기 위하여 Likert 척도형식으로 변환하였고, 20세 이상의 남녀 400명을 대상으로 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 요인 간 상관분석, 수렴타당도, 공시타당도 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과 첫째, ‘공포’, ‘무기력/열정적인’, ‘불안’, ‘경쟁심’, ‘적개심’, ‘화/친밀감’, ‘질투’, ‘소외’의 8개의 요인구조가 확인되었다. 둘째, 재구성된 핵심감정 척도는 적절한 수준의 내적 합치도를 보였으나 ‘질투’는 내적 합치도가 낮은 것으로 나타나 제외되었고, 대부분의 요인 간에 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 234명을 대상으로 실시한 NRS와 해당되는 각 하위요인 간에 유의한 정적 상관을 가지는 것으로 나타나 수렴타당도가 검증되었다. 넷째, 요인별 요인부하값이 높은 순서대로 5문항씩 추출하여 단축형을 구성하였으며, 전체 문항의 척도와 유의한 정적 상관을 가져 공시타당도가 검증되었다. 본 연구는 핵심감정 체크리스트를 새로운 요인구조의 척도로 재구성하여 타당화하였다. 또한, 핵심감정의 건강한 면을 척도에 포함한 점 및 단축형 척도를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 상담 실제 및 후속 연구에 대한 시사점과 제한점을 논하였다.

The purpose of the study was to validate the Nuclear Feeling Checklist. In order to validify the existing Nuclear Feeling Checklist, firstly it was converted to a Likert scale format and collected data from 400 adults over the age of 20. As the result, factor analysis showed eight factors (i.e. fear, helplessness/enthusiastic, anxiety, competitiveness, hostility, anger/intimacy, jealousy, alienation) and the reconstructed Nuclear Feeling Scale showed adequate internal consistency. Convergent validity was confirmed with the data obtained from 234 respondents out of the previous 400 which showed a significant positive correlation between each sub-factor and NRS. To examine the concurrent validity of the scale, the shortened version was formed and it was verified by showing a significant positive correlation between the shortened and full item scale. The Nuclear Feeling Scale which is validated and shortened in the study will be able to be used in the related literature and practices.
