사이버대학교 학생의 사회복지현장실습 교육 경험에 관한 연구

A Study on Field Education Experiences for Social Welfare Practicum of Cyber University Students

본 연구는 사이버대학교 학생의 사회복지현장실습 교육 경험을 탐색하기 위한 질적연구이다. 이를 위해 국내 K 사이버대학교에서 2020학년도 1학기 사회복지현장실습에 참여한 12명을 대상으로 3개 집단을 구성하여 집단별 1회씩 초점집단인터뷰(focus group interview)를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 기관실습 학습 차원, 대인관계 차원, 안전 차원, 학교 실습세미나차원에서의 긍정적인 경험과 부정적인 경험이 도출되었다. 긍정적인 경험은 총 6개의 표제와 10개의 주제, 부정적인 경험은 총 6개의 표제와 12개의 주제를 포함하였다. 이를 바탕으로 수퍼바이저 질 관리, 안전한 실습을 위한 보장 체계, 사회적 위기에 따른 학습권 보장 등 양질의 사회복지현장실습 교육방안을 제언하였다.

This study is a qualitative research to understand the field education experiences of cyber university students in their social welfare practicum. To accomplish this goal, focus group interviews were conducted for 12 students majoring in social welfare of cyber university. The results of the study were summarized as follows. They were formed 10-12 subthemes within 4 categories. (1) field practicum education (2) relationship (3) safety (4) social welfare practicum seminar. From this results, empirical data through social welfare field practicum are offered. This study highlights improvement of the quality monitoring about supervisor, establishing management system for the safe field practicum and strategies for the right to learn.
