The Effect of the Disabled Activity Support Service on User Satisfaction

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 활동지원서비스가 장애인 시설을 이용한 사람들의 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 그 영향 관계에서 장애인의 사회활동참여가 매개변수로 작용하는지를 규명하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울시와 경기도에서 장애인 활동지원서비스를 이용하는 장애인을 대상으로 수집하였으며, 총 473부를 대상으로 기술통계, 다중 회귀분석과 매개효과 검증방법을 SPSS/WIN 22.0을 이용하여 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인 활동지원서비스는 이용자 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 장애인 활동지원서비스의 하위요인별로 살펴보면, 일상 생활지원, 이용자 권리인식수준, 서비스이용정도 모두 이용자 만족도에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인 활동지원서비스는 이용자의 사회활동참여에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이용자의 사회활동참여는 이용자 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 장애인 활동지원서비스가 이용자만족도에 미치는 영향 관계에서 사회 활동참여는 유의미한 부분 매개효과를 나타내었다. 장애인 활동지원서비스의 하위요인별로 살펴보면 일상 생활지원, 이용자 권리인식수준, 서비스이용정도 모두 유의한 부분 매개효과를 가졌다. 끝으로 본 연구 결과를 토대로 장애인의 사회활동참여를 독려할 수 있도록 사회적 유대감을 확대해 가면, 장애인 활동지원서비스가 이용자만족도에 미치는 영향이 높아질 것이며, 장애인 활동지원서비스의 제도적 효과성이 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the disabled activity support service on the use satisfaction of people who have used facilities for the disabled, and to determine whether the disabled s participation in social activities acts as a parameter in the relationship of the effect. The subject of this study was collected from persons with disabilities using the activity support service for the disabled in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and the results of the study were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 22.0 for technical statistics, multiple regression analysis and mediation effect verification method for a total of 473 copies. Is as follows. First, it was found that the disabled activity support service had a significant effect on user satisfaction. Looking at the sub-factors of the activity support service for the disabled, it was found that daily life support, the level of user rights recognition, and the degree of service use all had a great influence on user satisfaction. Second, it was found that the disabled activity support service had a significant effect on users participation in social activities. Third, it was found that users participation in social activities had a significant effect on user satisfaction. Fourth, social activity participation showed a significant mediating effect in relation to the effect of the disabled activity support service on user satisfaction. Looking at the sub-factors of the activity support service for the disabled, the daily life support, the level of user rights recognition, and the degree of service use all had significant mediating effects. Finally, if the social bond is expanded to encourage the participation of the disabled in social activities based on the results of this study, the effect of the disabled activity support service on user satisfaction will increase, and the institutional effectiveness of the disabled activity support service is expected.
