서번트 증후군을 가진 아동의 임상적 즉흥연주에서의 경험에 대한 연구

A Study on the Experiences of ASD child with the savant syndrome in Clinical Improvisation

본 연구의 목적은 서번트 증후군을 가진 아동의 임상적 즉흥연주에서의 경험이 무엇인가를 분석하기 위한 것이다. 세션은 A시에 있는 B음악치료센터에서 총 42회기, 주 1회 50분으로 구성되어 있으며 치료적인 접근 방법은 임상적 즉흥연주에서의 즉흥적인 주제와 테마를 사용한 기존의 음악에서 모방하기, 탐색하기, 반응하기로 구성되었으며 치료사의 관찰지와 보호자의 심층 인터뷰를 중심으로 하는 현상학적 연구의 과정으로 진행되었다. 자료 분석은 Colaizzi의 현상학적 자료 분석 방법으로 음악의 세계로 들어감, 음악 안에서의 서번트, 음악을 통한 자기표현, 음악 안에서의 공감대 형성, 음악치료를 통한 변화 등 5개의 주제와 음악에의 입문 과정, 소리에 대한 감각과 놀이화, 소리에 대한 타고난 음악적 감각, 피아노 연주 안에서의 음악적 능력, 음악 안에서 타인과의 상호작용에 대한 저항, 나만의 음악 세계, 음악적 소통의 시작, 모방하기를 통한 음악적 소통의 인지, 음악 안에서의 성장, 음악 외적인 성장 등 10개의 의미가 임상적 즉흥연주 경험으로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 서번트 아동의 음악적 재능의 다양성으로 인해 개별 세션으로 이루어졌으나 음악을 통해 자신을 인식할 수 있고 자신의 세계를 새롭게 창조하며 세상과 소통하는 경험의 과정에서 그들의 음악적 관심과 능력은 더욱 발달되어 가는 것을 알 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the clinical improvisation experience of children with Servant Syndrome. The session consists of a total of 42 sessions, 50 minutes once a week at the B Music Therapy Center in A city, and the therapeutic approach consists of improvising themes in clinical improvisation and imitating, exploring, and responding to themes among existing music, and was conducted as a course of phenomenological research centered on the therapist s observation Log and in-depth interviews of his mother. Data analysis shows 5 themes that is ‘enters the world of music’, ‘the savant in music’, ‘the self-expression through music’, ‘he making of sympathy in music’, ‘the changing process to music’ and 10 semantic units that is “introducee process to music” ‘the sense and play of sound’, ‘the innate musical sense of sound’, ‘the musical ability shown in piano performance’, ‘the resistance of the interaction with other music’, ‘his own music world’, ‘the beginning of the musical communication’, ‘the cognition of the musical communication through imitation’, ‘growth through music’, ‘nonmusic growth’ as Colaizzi phenomenological data analysis method. Although it was made up of individual sessions due to the diversity of musical talents of the Servant Children, their musical interests and abilities seemed to develop further in the process of the experience of being able to recognize themselves through music, creating their own world anew and communicating with the world.
