코로나19 시대, 전국 교육대학교 체육교육과 강의 모습과 온라인 강의 시 나타난 현상 및 개선 방향

In the age of COVID-19, Appearance of the lecture on Physical Education Department in National Universities of Education and Phenomenon emerge on Online lecture and Its Solving Plan

본 연구는 코로나19 상황에서 지난 한 학기 동안 전국 교육대학교 체육교육 관련 강의의 모습과 온라인 강의 시 나타난 현상을 살펴보고, Post 코로나 시대에 교육대학교 체육교육 관련 온라인 강의의 개선 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 지난 1학기에 전국 교육대학교 홈페이지에 게시된 강의 진행 관련 자료를 수집하였고, 실제 강의를 진행한 전국 교육대학교 체육교육과 교수 11분을 선정하여 전화와 e-mail을 통해 강의 유형, 강의 방법, 과제제시, 평가 등에 관해 면담을 실시하였으며, 그 중 5분에게는 비대면 온라인 강의를 진행하면서 느끼거나 생각한 것에 관하여 추가 면담을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 귀납적 범주 분석을 하였으며, 면담 녹음 자료를 전사한 후 유사한 내용끼리 묶어 범주화하였으며, 이후 중범주화와 대범주화 과정을 거쳐 결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과 행정적 측면에서 대학 본부는 혼란 속에서 대면 강의를 연기하다 대면과 비대면 강의 병행을 권고하였으며, 실제 강의에서는 대부분 비대면 온라인 강의를 진행하였고, 극히 일부만 방역 수칙을 준수하여 일부 학생들을 대상으로 실기 강의를 진행하였다. 비대면 온라인 강의를 진행하면서 나타난 현상으로는 목적 측면에서는 혼돈과 정체성, 내용 측면에서는 보완과 소통성, 방법 측면에서는 획일과 창의성, 평가 측면에서는 안전과 객관성으로 도출되었다. 끝으로 코로나19와 같은 상황이 발생하였을 경우 이를 대비하기 위하여 체육교육과 온라인 강의의 개선 방향으로는 정체성, 소통성, 창의성, 객관성, 통합성을 제시하였다.

This research aims to examine the appearance of lectures of on physical education department at national universities of education and the phenomenon that emerges on on-line lecture during the past semester under the situation of COVID-19, and to present the way to improve of on-line lectures on Physical Education Department in National Universities of Education in the Post Corona virus. In order to achieve this goal, we collected materials related to lecture progress posted on the National University of Education′s web in the first semester. We also selected 11 professors of physical education department at National University of Education and interviewed on the type of lecture, lecture method, assignment presentation, and evaluation through telephone and e-mail. We conducted an additional interview to five professors from the interviewees about how they think and how they feel of lectures. As a result in terms of executive aspect, university kept postponing the offline lecture, most of the lectures had been done through on-line. Majority of professors from Physical Education Department have done their lectures through online, only few of them did offline practice lectures following strict hygiene procedures. Phenomenons that emerged while conducting none face-to-face online lectures were derived from confusion and identity in terms of purpose, complement and communication in terms of content, uniformity and creativity in terms of method, and safety and objectivity in terms of evaluation. In order to examine how the lectures have been done, researcher s none face-to-face online lectures are presented as an example. Lastly, in order to be prepared when the situation same as COVID-19 occurs in the future, the on-line lectures of Physical Education Department should be done with deep consideration of identity, communication, creativity, objectivity, and integrity.
