Theoretical exploration of creativity and convergence education

본 연구의 목적은 4차 혁명시대의 변화에 따라 사회에서 요구하는 인재상을 살펴보고, 이러한 인재양성에 필요한 창의, 융복합, 인성교육에 대한 이론적 기본 개념들을 탐색해 봄으로써, 대학에서의 교육에 적용 가능한 교육과정을 모색해보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 창의성 교육과 교육과정, 융복합 교육과 교육과정, 인성교육에 대한 교육과정의 기본적인 이론들을 살펴보고, 교육적 함의에 대해 살펴보았다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the image of human resources requested by society in accordance with the changes of the 4th revolutionary era, and explore the theoretical basic concepts of creativity, convergence, and character education necessary for cultivating such talents, thereby improving education in universities. Its purpose is to explore applicable curriculum. To this end, the basic theory of the curriculum for creativity education, convergence education and character education was examined, and the educational implications were examined.
