아동과 가족이 인식한 지역아동센터의 서비스 성과

Service outcomes of community child center perceived by children and their families

본 연구는 지역아동센터를 이용하고 있는 아동과 가족이 얼마나 서비스를 받았고 어떠한 효과와 변화를 했는지 등의 성과를 파악하고자 27개 지역아동센터에서 아동·가족을 대상으로 진행하였다. 전반적으로 보면 초기보다 현재 아동과 가족이 긍정적으로 변화되는데 도움이 되었다고 응답을 했다. 서비스도움정도는 서비스만족도, 가족중심실천과 양적(+)인 상관관계가 있었고, 서비스만족도는 가족중심실천, 서비스도움정도, 아동의 행복도와 양적(+)인 상관관계가 있었다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 지역아동센터의 서비스의 질적인 변화를 모색하고자 한다.

This study was conducted with children and families in 27 community child center to understand the outcomes, such as how much children and families using community child center received services, and what effects and changes they made. Overall, they responded that it helped the current child and family to change more positively than in the early days. The degree of service help had a positive correlation with service satisfaction and family-centered practice, and the service satisfaction had a positive correlation with family-centered practice, service help, and children s happiness. Based on these results, we seek to change the quality of the services of community child center.
