국내 학교(급)별 특수교육대상자의 개별화교육계획연구 동향과 개선과제; 2008년부터 2019년을 중심으로

Research Trends and Improvement Tasks of Individualized Education Plans for Students Who Need Special Education by School (Level); from 2008 to 2019

2007년 ｢장애인 등에 대한 특수교육법｣에 개별화교육계획 관련 조항이 개정된 후 2008년부터 2019년까지의 개별화교육계획과 관련하여 연구된 문헌을 분석하여 국내 학교(급)별 특수교육대상자의 개별화교육계획의 연구동향과 개선과제에 대해 논의하고자 하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 학술정보 서비스를 통해 IEP 관련 문헌을 검색하고 연구 목적에 따라 총 51편을 선정하여 발표 연도, 연구대상, 배치 유형, 연구유형, 연구주제의 분석 기준에 따라 문헌 분석하였다. 이에 따라 국내 학교(급)에 따른 특수교육대상자의 IEP 연구는 관련 개념의 다양성에 대한 이해와 발달연령 중심의 생애 주기별 IEP 개발이 필요하다. 또한 특수교육대상자의 개별적 교육 요구에 부합하는 IEP의 적합화를 지원하기 위한 시스템의 구축과 관련 자료의 개발 지원 방안 및 이와 관련한 세분화된 연구가 필요함을 알 수 있다. 이를 위해 연구 방법은 조사 방법 보다는 질적 연구와 관련한 교육현장의 IEP, 수업 적용과 관련한 실증적 연구가 필요하며 시범 병설 특수학급 시범운영을 통한 IEP 개발이 필요하다. 또한 IEP와 관련 교원 학습 공동체와 같은 특수교사들의 자발적인 참여연구가 가능하도록 지원할 필요가 있다.

After the revision of the provisions related to the Individualized Education Plan in 2007 under the Act on Special Education for Persons with Disabilities, etc., the research is to analyze the literature studies in relation to the Individualized Education Plan from 2008 to 2019 to discuss the research trends and improvement tasks of the individualized education plan of the people with special education by Korean schools (classes). To this end, the IEP-related literature was searched through academic information services and a total of 51 pieces were selected according to the purpose of the research, and the literature was analyzed according to the analysis criteria of the presentation year, research topic, layout type, research type, and research subject. Accordingly, the IEP study of those subject to special education in accordance with local schools (classes) requires an understanding of the diversity of related concepts and the development of IEP by life cycle centered on the development age. It can also be seen that the establishment of a system to support the suitability of IEPs to meet the individual educational needs of persons subject to special education, and the development of relevant data, and detailed studies are needed. To this end, the research method requires empirical research on IEP in educational sites related to qualitative research, and the application of classes, rather than the survey method, and IEP development through pilot operation of special classes in parallel. It is also necessary to support voluntary participation research by special teachers such as IEP and related teacher learning communities.
