낙관성에 관한 연구 동향 분석 : 국내 주요 학술지를 중심으로

An Analysis of Research Trends in Optimism: A Review of Main Academic Journals in Korea

본 연구는 국내 낙관성에 관한 연구 동향을 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 2001년부터 2020까지 주요 상담학술지인 ‘상담학연구’ 외 세 학술지에 등재된 논문 총 46편을 연구대상으로 선정하여 발행연도, 연구대상, 연구주제, 측정도구, 연구변인을 기준으로 분석하였다. 발행연도별 논문 수는 2013년도에 가장 많았다. 연구대상은 대학생이 가장 많았다. 연구방법은 모두 양적연구였으며, 연구주제는 대부분 변인간 관계연구임을 확인하였다. 측정도구는 삶의 지향성 척도(LOT-R)가 가장 많이 사용되었다. 마지막으로 연구 변인별 동향은 낙관성이 독립변인인 논문이 다수였으며, 관계있는 변인으로는 학업, 정서, 가족 변인이 있다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 낙관성 연구에 대한 논의 및 추후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends in optimism in Korea. Methods: For this, the 46 articles published from 2001 to 2020 were selected in 4 major journals including Korean Journal of Counseling. Then, they were analyzed by the year of publication, study subjects, research topics, research scales and variables. Results: The number of papers by publication year was the highest in 2013. Second, university students were the most studied subjects. Third, the method of research was all quantitative and the most of research topics were the relations between variables. Fourth, the LOT-R(Life Orientation Test-Revised) was used most in terms of research scale. Finally, for variables, optimism was used as an independent variable in the most of papers, and the related variables were academic. emotion and family variables. Conclusions: Based on these results, discussions on optimism research and suggestions for future research were provided
