자기 주도적 미술 학습을 위한 공간 디자인 프로그램 설계

Design of Space Design Program for self-directed art learning - Focusing on art education curriculum for preliminary elementary teachers

디자인은 인간을 둘러싼 모든 환경과 사물에 대한 반응이고, 의미 있는 변화를 시도하려는 인간의 본성이다. 자연의 질서와 인간이 만든 질서의 혼재로서의 공간은 끊임없이 인간의 삶에 영향을 준다. 공간 디자인의 의미와 가치는 예술적, 미적, 재료적 특징에 매어 있는 것이 아니라 인간의 경험과 자기 주도성에서 시작된다. 환경에 대한 학습자의 적극적인 반응의 대상으로서 공간은 소통을 통해서 개인의 발전과 사회적 개선의 방향으로 이끌어 가는 자기 주도적 미술 학습 제재로 적합하다. 학습자가 미술 활동에 주도적으로 참여하면서 자기를 계발·성찰하고, 그 과정에서 타인의 생각과 느낌을 이해하고 존중·배려하며 협력할 때 자기 주도적 미술 학습 능력을 기를 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공간과 자기 주도성의 관련성을 바탕으로 공간 디자인 프로그램인 ‘미래 교실 디자인’을 설계하고, 예비 초등 교사들의 디자인 프로세스 실습을 통해 현장 가능성과 기대 효과를 고찰하였다. 학습자는 자신의 경험을 바탕으로 타 교과와의 연계 및 시각적 소통으로 공간 디자인 프로그램인 미래 교실 모형을 제작 및 평가하면서 자기 주도적 미술 학습 능력을 함양할 것을 기대할 수 있다

Design is the reaction to all the environments and objects surrounding and nature of human beings to attempt meaningful change. The space as a mixture of natural order and human order constantly affects human life. The meaning and value of space design is not tied to the artistic, aesthetic, and material characteristics, but begins with human experience and self-directed. As an object of the learner s active reactions to the environment, ‘Space’ is suitable as a self-directed art learning material leading to personal development and social improvement through communication. The learner is able to develop self-directed art learning ability when he / she participates in art activities and develops and reflects himself / herself, and understands, respects, cares and cooperates with others thoughts and feelings in the process. Therefore, this study designed Future Classroom Design which is a space design program considering the field of school based on the relation between space and self-directed. As a result of this program, preliminary elementary teachers practiced and examined the possibility of site and expected effect. The learner can expect to develop self - directed art learning ability by creating and evaluating a future classroom model, a space design program, by linking with other subjects and visual communication based on his own experience.
