초등학교 미술 수업에서의 거꾸로 수업 프로그램 개발과 적용

A Development of Art Programs Using the Flipped Learning in Elementary Class

오늘날 강의식 수업이 아닌 새로운 교육 방식에 대한 요구가 꾸준히 제기되고 있고, 교육 환경과 교육 목표가 변화하였기에 교사는 더 이상 모든 수업에서 교사 주도의 수업을 고수할 수 없게 되었다. 이러한 이유로 현장에서도 다양한 개별화 수업과 학생 중심 수업이 시도되고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 그중에서도 ‘거꾸로 수업(Flipped Learning)’을 다루었다. 대부분의 거꾸로 수업 연구는 수학, 과학, 영어에 한정되어 있다. 미술 교과에 대한 연구는 매우 드문 데다 초등학생을 위한 미술과 거꾸로 수업 연구는 전무한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구는 초등학생을 위한 미술과 거꾸로 수업 프로그램을 마련하고자 하였다. 총 5개의 주제를 선정하여 초등 미술수업에서 활용 가능한 거꾸로 수업을 적용한 미술과 교수·학습을 계획하고 실행하였다.

In these days, demand for a new educational method is constantly raised, because both educational environment and the essential goals have changed. So, teachers can no longer hold teacher’s customs. For these reasons, individualized classes based on the multiple intelligence theory and students-centered classes affected by children-centered view are attempted in many classrooms. This study especially paid attention to ‘flipped learning.’ Flipped learning allows individualized learning and students-centered classes by attempting various ways in the classroom. However, most studies are limited to the major subjects such as math, science and English. There are few studies about art, and even these studies were conducted with middle and high schools. It means there are no studies for elementary schools. Therefore, this study analyzed the characteristics of the flipped learning class and the cases of the preceding studies and developed teaching-learning plans for elementary school students in art classes.
