진로발달 이론을 통해 살펴본 청소년용 미술적성검사에의 시사점 고찰

Insights of ‘Juvenile Artistic Aptitude Test’ based on the Course Development Theory

본 연구는 청소년용 미술적성 검사도구의 이론적 고찰을 살펴보기 위한 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 선행 연구 되어진 미술적성 검사도구의 연구대상과 내용 및 개발 방향을 검토하기 위해 진로발달 이론을 바탕으로 미술적성 검사도구의 시사점을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 청소년의 진로발달단계와 진로발달 이론을 중심으로 문헌연구를 통해 이론적 고찰을 실시하였다. 진로발달 이론을 통해 첫째, 청소년의 진로의식과 진로발달 및 경향성을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 둘째, 미술적성검사의 구성 요인을 ‘개인내적 요인’과 가정, 학교, 지역사회의 사회, 문화를 포함한 ‘개인외적 요인’으로 체계화하여야 함을 시사 받았다. 본 연구를 통해 청소년의 미술적성을 알아보는 검사도구를 개발하는 데 그 이론적 근거를 제공해 줄 수 있는 의의를 가진다.

The study is to think about a theoretical consideration for juvenile artistic aptitude test. The purpose of this study inspects of the object, contents and development direction of juvenile artistic aptitude test that had been researched. And I try to review the implication of juvenile artistic aptitude test. So I proceed the document research which based on the course development step and the course development theory of juvenile. From the course development theory firstly I can see the juvenile course consciousness, the course development and tendency. Secondly I recognize the necessity that the components of artistic aptitude test should be re-categorized including ‘individual factor’ and ‘non-individual factor’ including family, school, local society and culture. This study has significance that to provide theoretical basis in developing the juvenile artistic aptitude test.
