미술영재 특성과 슬럼프 해결 방안연구

A Study on the Characteristics of Art Genius and Slump Solution Plan

조기에 미술영재를 발굴해도 성장 과정에서 슬럼프를 겪게 되고, 그 슬럼프를 극복하지 못하면 재능이 줄어들거나 퇴보하는 경향이 있다. 미술영재의 능력이 슬럼프로인해 훌륭하게 육성되지 못하면 개인뿐만 아니라 국가적인 차원에서도 바람직하지 않다. 본 연구는 미술영재들이 성장 과정에서 겪게 되는 슬럼프를 극복할 수 있도록 본문에서 슬럼프를 겪고 있거나 겪었던 미술영재를 상담하고 지도했던 내용을 토대로 미술영재의 행동적 특성이나 그림 특징 등에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과 미술영재들이 겪게 되는 슬럼프를 극복할 수 있는 9가지 방안을 연구하여 제시하였다. 첫째 미술영재들이 함께 공유할 수 있는 공간을 만들어 주어야 한다. 둘째, 아동화를 공유할 수 있어야 한다. 셋째, 새로운 관심분야를 탐색하도록 한다. 넷째, 부모는 자녀에 대한 집착을버려야 한다. 다섯째, 전문가와 꾸준한 상담이 필요하다. 여섯째, 미술영재의 발상과표현에 지속적으로 공감할 수 있어야 한다. 일곱째, 조력자가 필요하다. 여덟째, 미술영재를 연구하는 교육기관과 전문가의 육성이 필요하다. 아홉째, 국가적인 차원에서꾸준한 관심과 지원이 있어야 한다. 이것이 뒷받침될 때 미술영재의 재능이 발휘되어미래를 선도할 수 있는 인재로 육성될 수 있을 것이다.

Even when a art genius is discovered, he or she could experience slump during growing process. If the slump is not overcome, his or her talent tends to be reduced or degraded. When the ability of an art genius can t be completed due to slump, it is not desirable not only for the individual but also for the country. In this study, the behavioral characteristics and painting characteristics of art geniuses were analyzed based on the contents of consulting and instructing art geniuses who are currently experiencing or have experienced slump in order them to overcome slump that they possibly experience during growing process. As a result, 9 methods of overcoming slump are researched and suggested. First, art geniuses need space where they can share. Second, child paintings should be shared. Third, new interest fields should be sought. Fourth, parents should give up obsession to their children. Fifth, art geniuses need continuous consultation with experts. Sixth, creation and expression of art geniuses should be shared constantly. Seventh, they need helpers. Eighth, there is a need for educational institutions and experts for art geniuses. Ninth, there should be constant attention and support at the national level. When all of the above are supported, the talent of art geniuses can be exerted, so that they can become the talented who can lead the future.
