미술 적성의 개념 및 구성 요인에 관한 연구

A study on the concept of art aptitude and its constructs: Focused on the survey about art experts’ conceptualization of art aptitude

본 연구는 미술 적성에 대한 다양한 학문적 논의를 살펴봄과 동시에 미술 분야 전문가들의 의견 조사를 바탕으로 미술 적성의 개념과 그 구성 요인을 탐색하고자 하는 목적으로 진행되었다. 먼저 미술 적성에 관련한 문헌 연구를 통해 그동안 제시된 미술적성의 개념은 무엇이며 그에 대한 쟁점들은 무엇이 있는지, 그리고 선행연구에서 나타난 미술 적성의 구성요인은 무엇인지에 대해 살펴보았다. 이와 더불어 미술 관련 분야의 전문가들을 대상으로 인터뷰와 두 차례에 걸친 설문조사를 실시하여 미술전문가들이 생각하는 미술 적성에 대한 개념과 요인에 대해 조사하였다. 연구 결과 미술 적성은 개인이 미술과 관련하여 가지는 선천적이고 후천적인 복합적 능력으로 정의될 수있고, 그 구성요인은 크게 기호적 측면, 선천적 측면, 그리고 후천적 측면의 세 영역으로 구성될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

This study was conducted to explore the concept and purpose of artaptitude and its constructs. This study is based on the survey of artprofessionals and art experts discussing a variety of academic aptitude forart. First, the concept of art aptitude has been presented based on theacademic literatures related to art aptitude. Major issues and thecompositional factors of the art aptitude are clearly illustrated in thisarticle. In addition, targeted at professionals in the field of art, FGI hasbeen conducted over two-round in order to explore the concept and factors,and to think about the artistic aptitude. This study is able to state that artaptitude can be defined a combination of innate and acquired skills withrespect to individual s complex artistic ability. The constructs could bedivided into three part as the characteristic side, innate side, and acquiredside.
