다문화 교육을 위한 초등학교 미술프로그램의 개발과 효과에 관한 연구

A Study on the Development and effects of Art program for the Multicultural education of elementary class

본 연구는 다원화되어가는 우리사회의 현실에서 초등학교 아동들을 위한 다문화 교육을 위한 미술 프로그램 개발과 적용을 통해 미술프로그램의 효과와 그 가능성을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 그에 따라 효율적이고 체계적인 다문화 미술프로그램을 위해 다문화 교육이론과 다문화 미술교육의 필요성 을 밝히고 이를 바탕으로 아동교육현장에 적용할 수 있는 실제적인 다문화 미술 프로그램을 제시하였다. 프로그램의 효율성과 실제성을 위하여 York가 제시한 다문화의 개념과 주제를 초등학교 3학년 미술교과 구성과 연결하여 분석한 후, 통합적인 다문화 미술프로그램을 모색하였다. 구안된 프로그램은 성남시 B초등학교와 연계하여 실제 3학년 현장수업을 통해 적용하고수업에 참여한 아동들의 설문을 통해 미술프로그램의 교육적 효과를 밝혀봄으로써 체계적이며 실질적인 미술 프로그램의 기준을 모색하였다.

The purpose of this study is to search the possibility and effects of artprogram for multicultural education of elementary class according todevelopment and apply of the art program in the context of modern societyenvironment nowaday. Children should be educated to the citizen who can be subjectively adopthimself to the new world which is the society of multicultural environment. In order to stand new environment, it is natural for us all to understand andrespect other people and culture which can obtain in educational class. Inthat context it is considered to develop new program for effectivemulticultural education and this study was focused to art class of elementaryschool. For the purpose of reaching the goal, it was started to study regarding tothe recent theory of multicultural education, and to develop an effective artprogram which can be applied to the elementary class. And it was analyzedit to the effect after applied at the class. Through this study, I finally, expect to deliver other people the message tothe educational possibility of art program of muticultural education.
