애니메이션 ‘백설공주’ 감상 수업 연구

A Study on an Animation“Snow White”Appreciation Class

본 연구는 시각문화 연구의 일환으로써 애니메이션 감상을 중심으로 한 미술수업 프로그램에 대해 고찰하였다. 미술 감상교육은 사회, 문화적 이해와 예술적 가치의 발견을 통해 이해력과 통찰력을 갖도록 도와준다. 본 연구에서는 감상 수업의 교재로, 현대 대중문화의 한 장르로써 초등학교 학생들에게 중요한 의미를 가지는 애니메이션을다루고자 하였다. 애니메이션 가운데 일반에 잘 알려진 대중적이며 대표적인 것으로디즈니의 공주이야기, 특히 <백설공주>를 주제로 예비 초등교사인 교육대학교 학생들을 대상으로 한 수업 실천 및 그 결과를 고찰하였다. 젠더 문화론은 문화 내부에 잠재된 인간을 묶고 있는 다양한 젠더 구조를 탈구축하는 것을 목표로 한다. 여성들이 어린 시절 즐겨 보던 공주 이야기의 탈구축은 그 첫 관문이 된다. 친근한 것을 비판적으로 다시 읽음으로써 자신의 내면과 정면으로 맞서며 사고하고 비판하는 것이 가능해진다. 이는 사회에서 대량으로 생산되고 소비되어 모르는 사이에 침투해 의식을 바꾸는매스 미디어에 대한 교육으로 연결된다. 애니메이션 감상과 고찰을 통해 현대 시각문화 감상의 중요성의 인식과, 이미지 분석을 통한 비판적 이해력의 향상을 도모할 수있다.

This study is on animation appreciation class. Art appreciation helps discovery and understanding educational, social, cultural understanding and value of art. Animation is a genre of Art as a cultural representation of post-modernism. For this study, I selected Disney s princess story,especially <Snow White and seven dwarf> among the animation, because it was a popular and well-known animation. I took a class for university students as future teacher training and discussed the results with them. gender and culture studies were attempted In the discussion. Gender structure has a relationship to a variety of potential internal culture, human deconstruction. The aim of this class is to study about the inside of the culture potential that is structured the gender structure and attract human. The first step is to deconstruct the princess story that the childhood women enjoyed. We can re-read Intimate things critically, that made possible to face to face with our own internal ones by thinking and criticism. This is part of education on the mass media that consciousness to penetrate the mass production and consumption in society and is unwittingly creating change. The education university students as future teachers took the discussion about that through animation appreciation. In this class, they could recognize the importance of critical analysis and image understanding and could improve Criticism ability through visual culture appreciation and animation appreciation.
