미술에서 창의적 사고력과 사고과정의 특징 고찰

A Study of Creative Thought and Thinking Process in Art

본 연구는 미술이라는 영역에서의 창의적 사고력과 사고과정의 특징을 고찰하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 창의적 사고력, 창의적 사고과정, 그리고 창의적 문제해결과관련된 이론적 토대로서 인지심리학과 창의적 문제 해결 모형 이론들을 살펴보았다. 인지심리학에서는 연합이론, 게슈탈트 심리학을 중심으로 은유, 유추 등을 강조하는최근의 인지에 관한 연구에 이르기까지 창의적 사고, 사고과정에 대한 관점의 변화를고찰하였다. 창의적 문제 해결 이론에서는 창의적 사고 과정을 창의적 문제 해결 관점으로 보는 이론적 토대와 ‘문제’ 자체에 대한 학자들의 개념 정립, 그리고 최근의 창의적 문제 해결 모델들을 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 미술이라는 영역의 특수성을 반영한 창의적 사고력과 사고과정의 특성을 첫째, 문제 자체의 차이로서 미술에서는 이미기존에 존재하던 문제가 아닌 창조의 욕구라는 필요에 의해 창조된 문제를 다룬다는것과 둘째, 문제 해결의 과정 역시 창조의 갈등을 충족시킴으로써 새로운 창조적 욕구를 이끌어가기 위한 탐색의 과정으로 순환하는 체제로 보았다. 마지막으로 미술에서의창조물을 감상하고 비평하는 과정은 정서적 측면과 함께 창의적 사고력과 사고과정이라는 인지적 측면이 함께 작용한다는 점에서 미술 영역의 특수성을 제안하였다.

The subject of this study is that deep review of the creative thought within the text of the art and the characteristics of the creative process. To accomplish this subject, creative thought, creative thinking process, creative problem solving, and the basic theory of cognitive psychology and creative problem solve mechanism is reviewed. Regarding the Cognitive psychology,from the associationism, Gestalt psychology, cognitive to the recent studies emphasizing the metaphors, analogies, developmental approaches to creative thought, creative process are studied. In the chapter of creative problem solving, the theoretical base why creative process is the one method of the creative problem solving and the definition of the scholars for “the problem”itself, recent creative problem solving model. Through this process, the characteristics of the creative thought and creative process are defined as , first, in art, the problem is the one which is created due to the needs of the creativity but not originally existed, second,it is the circling mechanism to lead to the new creativity from expressing the need and satisfy the conflict of creativeness. And lastly, it is suggested that the special character of art is that the reviewing and criticizing process of art is combination between the simple acceptance mechanism and emotional factor and also with the creative thought and creative thinking process.
