협력적 프로젝트 기반 교육평가 수업의 개발ㆍ 적용이 예비교사의 정보활용 및 소통역량에 미치는 영향

The Effects of the Development and Application of Cooperative Project Based ‘Educational Evaluation’ Course on Information Application and Communication Competency of Pre-teachers

본 연구는 협력적 프로젝트 기반의 교육평가 학습활동을 개발하고 적용한 후, 이 학습이 예비교사의 정보활용 및 소통역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위하여 N대학교 ‘교육평가’ 수업에 참여한 교직과정 이수 학생 27명을 대상으로 2019년 2학기에 협력적 프로젝트 기반 학습을 진행하였고, 사전-사후 검사를 통해 학습효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 두 가지이며, 연구결과를 기반으로 교육평가 학습활동에 대한 제언을 하였다. 첫째, 협력적 프로젝트 학습은 예비교사들의 정보활용 역량을 유의미하게 향상시켰다. 따라서 향후 교육평가 수업을 위한 프로젝트 활동은 예비교사들이 프로젝트에 필요한 자료들을 검색하고 분석하도록 하는 활동은 유지해야 함을 제안하였다. 둘째, 프로젝트 기반 학습활동을 통해 예비교사들의 소통역량은 향상되지 않았다. 하위역량별 변화를 보면, 공감능력은 유의미하게 향상된 반면, 경청과 표현역량이 향상되지 않았음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 향후 교육평가 수업을 위한 프로젝트 활동은 팀원들이 함께 토론하고 협의하여 진행하도록 하는 활동은 유지하는 한편, 팀들 간에 발표할 기회를 확대함으로써 경청 및 표현능력을 향상시킬 기회를 제공해야 함을 제안하였다.

The purposes of this study were to develop and apply cooperative project based ‘Educational evaluation’ learning, and to evaluate it’s effectiveness for improving information application and communication competency of pre-service teachers. The subjects of the study were 27 students of N University who attended the ‘Educational evaluation’ class in the second semester of 2019. The effect of improving information application and communication competency has been verified by pre-post measurement. The results of the study were arranged in two ways, I made suggestion based on the research results. First, cooperative project based learning have improved information application competency of pre-service teachers. For future cooperative project based learning of educational evaluation, it is necessary to engage students in activities to search and to analyze for the materials that are needed for the project. Second, cooperative project based learning haven’t improved communication competency of pre-service teachers. Let’s look at the change in the sub-competency, empathy ability improved and listening and expressive ability not improved. For future cooperative project based learning of educational evaluation, it is necessary to engage students in activities that team members discuss abd together, and to give students to present among the teams for listening and expressive ability improved.
