상담자 역량발달 학부 교육과정 개발

A Study of NCS-based Counselor Competency Development Undergraduate Curriculum : Focused on Department of Counseling Pshchology at J University

학부에서 100개 이상의 상담학과가 운영되고 있으나 그 교육목표와 내용이 통일되어 있지 않아 충실한 상담교육체제의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 현재까지 제시된 다양한 종류의 상담사 역량과 역량개발 과정을 살펴보고, J대학교 상담심리학과 학생들을 대상으로 상담자 역량발달 교육과정에 대한 수요조사를 실시하여 그 결과에 기초하여 NCS 심리상담에 기반한 학부 상담학과 교육과정과 실습과정을 구상하였다. 이를 위해 학부에서 양성되는 상담자의 역량을 개인상담역량, 집단상담역량, 심리검사역량, 상담행정역량으로 나누어 각 역량별 세부내용과 수련시간, 수련시기를 구성하였으며, (사)한국상담학회의 2급 전문상담사 취득을 위한 수련요건 시간과 내용을 기초하여 상담실무역량 학습모듈을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과가 상담사 양성과정에 시사하는 바와 향후 과제를 논의하였다.

There are more than 100 counseling departments in operation at undergraduate course, but the educational goals and contents are not unified, raising the need for a substantial counseling education system. This study reviewed various types of counselor competency and competency development courses presented so far, and conducted a survey for demands of counselor competency development curriculum for students of the department of counseling psychology at J university. And based on the results, a curriculum and practical training course of department of counseling psychology were designed. Competencies of counselors learned at undergraduate courses were composed of individual counseling capability, group counseling capability, psychological testing capability, and counseling administration capability, and detailed contents, training hours, and training period for each competency were suggested. Based on the training requirements time and content for acquiring a professional counselor, a module for learning practical counseling competency was presented. The implications of this study on counselor training courses and future tasks were discussed.
