Textual network analysis on the implementation of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum

본 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정 시범 운영결과보고서를 활용하여 2019 개정 누리과정 실행에 대한텍스트 연결망 분석을 목표로 하며 이를 통해 국가수준 교육과정 실행을 위해 교사의 교육과정 문해력및 전문성 향상에 필요한 내용과 방향을 알아보고자 한다. 분석자료는 교사의 실행력 강화를 위한 개정누리과정의 컨설팅 지원을 받으며 시범 운영한 23개 유치원의 운영결과보고서이며, 자료 분석을 위해 텍스트 연결망분석 방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 교육과정에 대한 다양한 해석과 이해를 기반으로 교육과정 운영 경험이나타났다. 교육과정 이해 및 변화 준비와 관련하여 학습공동체, 놀이, 놀이중심이 주요어로 나타났다. 놀이지원과 관련하여 편성하기에서 주간교육계획안, 놀이시간, 유아가 주요어로 나타났으며, 교수·학습 실천하기와 관련하여 놀이공간, 유아, 놀이시간, 영역, 놀이가 주요어로 나타났고, 평가하기와 관련하여 교사계획, 유아놀이가 주요어로 나타났다. 동료교원, 가정, 지역사회와 함께하기에서는 학습공동체, 학부모가 주요어로나타났다. 이를 토대로 문서화된 교육과정을 구현하기 위해서 교사의 교육과정 문해력 향상 및 구체적인실행 전략과 방법에 대한 지원의 필요성을 제기하였다.

The study aims to analyze the textual network on the implementation of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum using the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum pilot operation report and examine what is necessary for improving teachers’ curriculum literacy and professionalism in order to implement a national-level curriculum. The final reports of 23 kindergartens, which were operated the revised Nuri curriculum with consulting support in order to strengthen the decisiveness and executive power of teachers, were analyzed. A textual network analysis method was used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that each institution’s experience on operating the curriculum were based around different interpretations and understandings of the curriculum. The main phrases connected to understanding the curriculum and preparation for the change were “learning communities”, “play”, and “play-centeredness”. “Weekly education plans”, “play hours”, and “young children” were the main phrases connected to play support. “Play space”, “young children”, “play times”, “areas”, and “play” were the main words regarding teaching and learning. The words of “teaching plans” and “play” were connected to evaluation. “Learning communities” and “parents” were the main phrases connected to relationships with colleagues, families, and communities. The necessity of support for early childhood teachers to improve their curriculum literacy and develop specific implementational strategies was discussed.
