This study is to develop and apply science and technology convergence cultural programs and derive implications for fostering pre-service teachers with the ability to raising teachers practice training for creative fusion talents in the school field, which aims to achieve educational innovation with the advent of the fourth industrial revolution. Being based on a project-based learning (PBL). The program was organized that proved to be effective in problem-solving, self-directed learning, and collaborative learning. And, in the course of problem solving, it was organized so that it could utilize the an Arduino board, 3D printer, laser processing machine, and 3D modeling program properly. In addition, heuristic science writing was presented to promote communication and cooperation with others and to provide a guide for the course of exploratory activities. The developed program was applied to 24 pre-service teachers for 15 weeks in a liberal arts. In addition, a pre- and post-survey was conducted to identify changes in the perception of convergence education, and post-survey also check the effectiveness and improvement of the program. As a result of the application of the program, it was revealed that pre-service teachers were able to develop their ability to understand and utilize the latest technology, and the program was effective in making them aware of the understanding and necessity of convergence education which was actively underway at school sites.
