특수교육교사의 역할수행이 교사전문성에 미치는 영향

Effects of Role Performance on Teacher Expertise of Special Education Teachers: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Organizational Support Perception

연구목적: 본 연구는 특수교육교사의 역할수행이 교사전문성에 미치는 영향에서 조직지원인식의 매개효과를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 부산시 소재 특수교육기관에 근무 중인 교사 256명을 대상으로 역할수행, 교사전문성, 조직지원인식에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구문제에 따라 기술통계, Pearson 상관관계 분석, SEM 검증, 부트스트래핑을 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 특수교육교사의 역할수행, 교사전문성, 조직지원인식은 긍정적인 수준인 것으로 나타났으며, 세 변인 모두 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 특수교육교사의 역할수행은 교사전문성과 조직지원인식에 유의미하게 영향을 미치며, 조직지원인식 또한 교사전문성에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 특수교육교사의 역할수행이 교사전문성에 미치는 영향에서 조직지원인식은 유의미한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 특수교육교사의 전문성을 신장시키기 위한 조직의 지원 방향에 대하여 논의하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the mediating effect of organizational support perception in the effect of special teacher s role performance on teacher expertise. Method: To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on 256 teachers working at special education institutions in Busan on their role performance, teacher expertise, and organizational support perception. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, SEM verification, and bootstrapping according to the research problems. Results: First, the role performance, teacher expertise, and organizational support perception of special teachers were found to be at a positive level, and all three variables were found to have positive correlations. Second, the role performance of a special teacher had a significant effect on teacher expertise and organizational support perception, and organizational support perception also had a significant effect on teacher expertise. In addition, it was found that organizational support perception had a significant mediating effect in the effect of the role performance of special teachers on teacher expertise. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the direction of the organization s support to enhance the expertise of special teachers in the future was discussed.
