언택트(Untact) 뮤지엄 시대, 박물관 교육의 변화와 전망

언택트(untact)는 비대면 접촉을 뜻하는 조어로, 접촉(contact) 이라는 말과 부정을 뜻하는 un 을 결합해서 만든 것이다. 사람과 사람 사이에 직접적인 대면 접촉이 줄어드는 양상을 의미하는 의미로 사용되고 있다. 전국의 초중고등학교부터 대학교까지 온라인 수업을 진행하고 있고, 앞으로는 이러한 온라인 수업이 보편화될 것으로 많은 전문가들이 예상하고 있다. 박물관에서도 완벽한 랜선 전시가 어렵다면, 제한적 비대면 전시 관람부터 시작하는 것이 바람직하다고 생각한다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 박물관이 기존의 기업들의 언택트화의 속도에 따라갈 경우 발생되는 문제가 있다. 이는 이윤을 최대의 가치로 삼는 기업과 오랜 시간의 문화와 역사를 교육하는 박물관의 방향과 가치는 달라야 하기 때문이다. 코로나 사태로 인해 모든 가치를 온라인에 담아 공급할 경우 박물관은 온라인의 편리성으로 변형되어 문화적 가치를 잃고 소외될 수 있다.

Untact is a neologism that means contact-free, it was composed from ‘contact’ and ‘un’, that has the negative meaning. The word used for explaining the contact-free situation between persons. All the schools has been used on-line class and these classes will be the majority in the near future. If the museum situations will be difficult for on-line exhibitions, museum should start from untact exhibition in a limited ways. But museums has some problems from the speed of untact exhibition comparing with the business fields. Because the museum should be different from business fields that regards the profit as most. If museums supply all their contents in on-line ways, the convenience of it should effect the cultural values and it bring about the alienation.
