교원양성대학의 언택트(Un-tact) 수업환경에 관한 신입생 인식 조사

A Research on Perception of Freshmen College Students about the Online Classes in Teacher Educational Institutions in South-Korea

코로나바이러스감염증19(COVID-19)로 인한 언택트 방식을 기본으로 하는 대학 수업환경의 급격한 변화 요구에 따라, 우리나라 대학에서는 수업 공백을 최소화하기 위한 효율적인 수업방식 제시에 노력을 기울이게 되었다. 예비교원을 양성하는 교원양성대학 역시 이러한 시대 요구에 대처하기 위해 전통적인 수업 방식과 함께 언택트 방식의 수업을 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 불가피한 수업 상황 변화에 따라 오프라인과 온라인 수업 환경 차이로 유발되는 교수자 및 학습자의 수업에 대한 별도의 정서가 유발될 수 있으며, 이러한 정서 변화는 교육만족도 및 교육의 질적인 부분에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 교원양성대학의 예비교사들 중 대학 입학 후 대학 문화를 직접 접해 보지 못한 신입생들을 대상으로 이들이 경험한 대학의 온라인 수업 환경에 대한 학습자 인식을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. S-사범대학 신입생과 C-교육대학 신입생을 대상으로 설문을 통한 수업 실태에 대한 학습자 인식 조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과를 통해 시사점을 도출하였다. 수업진행 전반에 대한 학습만족도는 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 교수자와의 소통이나 학습자간의 소통 부재에 대한 요구, 대학 체계에 대한 사전 교육의 필요, 그리고 시설환경 등 콘텐츠에 접근하는 학습자별 환경 차이는 지속적인 고민과 지원이 필요한 부분으로 나타났다.

According to the strong social need of change in university educational environment due to the current COVID-19, teaching has to be occurred in a form of minimal contact in person. Teacher educational institutions desperately seek for substitutional suggestions for a place of traditional teaching method, and simultaneously should examine its efficiency. This inevitable change, led by COVID-19, in traditional way of teaching, based on human contact, causes various different emotions in people, involved in educational process, which occurs in off-line/on-line. Emotions, caused by different teaching environment in off-line/on-line, affects satisfaction in educational efficiency and also in quality of teaching. This research is for the first year college students, who has not been experienced the college culture yet, and to understand their perception on on-line teaching environment. Research result is based on survey, which is for S-university, and C-university students of education. Satisfaction level in class process in general is positive, however a few points- communication with teachers, and with class peers, and efficient orientation on college system, and improvement on technical support and equipment-are need of attention to get better in quality of education.
