작업치료사의 직무스트레스에 관한 국내 연구동향 분석

An Analysis on the Domestic Research Trends for Occupational Therapists’ Job Stress

연구목적 : 본 연구는 국내 작업치료사의 직무스트레스 관련 연구동향을 살펴보고, 직무스트레스 관련 요인들을 확인함으로써 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2000년부터 2019년까지 연구 선정기준에 따라 데이터베이스에 등록된 논문을 검색하여 최종적으로 총 20편의 연구가 선정되었다. 연구결과 : 연구의 질적 수준을 분석한 결과, Level Ⅳ에 해당하는 연구가 17편(85.0%)으로 대부분이었다. 연구동향을 분석한 결과 직무스트레스와 심리사회적 요인과의 상관성 대한 연구가 9편(47.4%)으로 가장 많았으며, 직무스트레스 대처전략 관련 연구는 미비하였다. 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 하위요인을 분석한 결과 직무요구, 관계갈등, 부적절한 보상, 업무이외의 스트레스, 업무량과 같은 항목에서 유의한 결과가 나타난 연구의 빈도수가 높았다. 결론 : 추후 작업치료사의 직무스트레스 예방과 완화를 위한 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증 관련 연구뿐만 아니라 질적 수준이 높은 연구들이 더욱 활발히 이루어져야 할 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to find out the research trends related to job stress of occupational therapists in Korea and to present the direction of future job stress related research by comparing and analyzing the factors related to job stress. Methods : From 2000 to 2019, a total of 20 studies were finally selected by searching the articles registered in the database according to the research selection criteria. Results : As a result of analyzing the qualitative level of the study, 17 studies (85.0%) corresponding to Level IV were mostly. As a result of analyzing the research trend, there were 9 studies (47.4%) on the correlation between job stress and psychosocial factors, and studies on job stress coping strategies were insufficient. As a result of analyzing the sub-factors affecting occupational therapist s job stress, the frequency of significant results was high in items such as job demand, interpersonal conflict, lack of reward, job stress other than work, heavy duties. In the future, it was confirmed that there was a need to actively conduct research with high quality as well as research related to program development and effectiveness verification to prevent occupational therapist s job stress. Conclusion : Through this, if job stress is reduced, it will lead to effects such as increased job satisfaction and improved job involvement, and it is expected that the overall quality of work can be improved, including improving the quality of occupational therapy.
