인형상징체계에 나타난 초보 놀이치료자의 가족체계유형에 대한 사례연구

Case Study for a Type of Family System for Beginner Play Therapist in Figure Symbol System

본 연구는 아동기에 경험한 부모를 포함한 중요한 대상과의 관계경험을 가족인형이라는 상징체계를 통해 탐색하여 초보 놀이치료자의 자기성찰에 도움을 주고자 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초보 놀이치료자의 아동기 경험을 탐색하기 위한 가족인형치료 집단프로그램을 실시하였고, 인형상징체계에 나타난 가족 안에서의 역할과 가족 간의 상호작용 패턴을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구에 참여한 41명의 초보 놀이치료자의 가족관계 구조와 가족구성원들의 역할을 분석한 결과, 가족체계의 일정한 패턴이 9가지의 가족체계유형으로 나타났으며, 기능적 가족체계유형인 균형형은 7.3%인데 반해 우회보호형(26.8%), 부친고립형(12.2%), 분열형(12.2%), 이산형(9.8%), 세대단절형(9.8%), 우회공격형(7.3%), 밀착형(7.3%), 그리고 목적지향형(7.3%)의 순으로 역기능적 가족체계유형으로 대부분 분류되었다. 이는 초보 놀이치료자의 많은 경우가 역기능적 가족체계 속에서 경험된 중요한 관계경험과 정서가 현재 놀이치료자가 되기를 바라는 소망과 관련되었음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 다른 사람을 놀이치료자 자신을 먼저 탐색하고 자기를 이해하는 것이 놀이치료자로서의 성장과 발전에 매우 중요하다.

The purpose of this study is to help the beginner play therapist’s self-reflection by exploring the relationship experience with the important objects including parents who have experienced childhood. Examining the role and family interaction patterns within families experienced by early play therapists in childhood is a very important task in becoming an expert as a self-exploration process. For this purpose, this study explored certain patterns of family system, including the family relationship structure of the novice play therapist and the role of family members. The therapist’s self - understanding is an important factor in reversing the problem in the counseling scene. As a result of this study, we examined 41 play therapist who were experienced childhood by family Figure. As a result, it was found that among 9 family system types, bypass protective type (26.8%), isolated type (12.2%), discrete type (12.2%), purpose-oriented type(9.8%), bypass offensive(9.8%), generation-disconnected type(9.8%), and balanced type (9.8%). Through this study, it was found that exploring the important relationship experiences and emotions of novice play therapists experienced in the family in childhood was very important for the growth and development as play therapists.
