동종요법에서의 체질과 형상체질의 비교 고찰 연구

Comparative study of constitution and shape constitution in homeopathy

체질은 한 사람의 고유한 특성임과 동시에 신체 건강과 정서적 건강까지도 밀접한 연관성을 가지며 통합적이고 전인적인 관점에서 삶의 질을 높이는 요인으로 작용한다. 본 논문은 체질을 다양한 관점에서 이해하기 위하여 황제내경 25인 체질을 바탕한 형상체질과 동종요법 21체질을 문헌 연구하여 상호 유사성을 비교 고찰하였다. 형상체질은 크게 목형인, 화형인, 토형인, 금형인, 수형인으로 분류하여 이를 각각 5개인 목, 화, 토, 금, 수로 세분하여 25개 유형을 분류하였다. 동종요법 체질은 Catherine R. Coulter의 동종요법 21체질론을 기본으로 연결하였다. 21개 체질을 형상체질과 관계성을 비교 정리하면 다음과 같다. 형상체질중 목형인에 해당되는 동종요법체질은 흑연체질(목화), 할미꽃체질, 대리석체질, 유리체질(수목), 암체질(수목)이 있다. 화형인에는 유황체질, 인체질. 질산은체질, 바륨체질이있다. 토형인체질은 결핵체질(화토), 충동체질(화토금), 석송체질(토금)이 해당된다. 금형인체질은 오징어체질, 비소체질(금수), 뱀체질, 독풀체질(금수), 마전자체질(금수)이 있다. 수형인체질은 굴체질, 소금체질, 측백나무체질, 이구나티우스체질(수목)이 관련성이 있다. 결과적으로 동종요법 관점에서 제시되는 다양한 체질적 특성은 형상체질에서 말하는 체질과 유사한 관점으로 연결될 수 있음을 알 수 있었고, 체질에 대한 두 가지 관점의 통합적 이해는 체질에 대해 더 확장되고 깊은 이해와 적용에 기반이 될 수 있을 것이라고 여겨진다.

Body constitution is a characteristic of a person, is related to physical and emotional health, and acts as a factor that improves the quality of life from an integrated and holistic perspective. In order to understand the constitution from various perspectives, this paper studied Shape Constitution based on 25 constitution in『Hwangje-Naegyeong』and 21 constitution in Homeopathy Treatment to compare the similarities. The shape is largely divided into wood, fire, soil, metal, and water types, and each type is classified into five types of wood, fire, soil, metal, and water. The constitution in Homeopathy Treatment is based on the Catherine R. Coulter s homeopathic 21 physiology. The 21 constitution is compared to the shape constitution and their relations are summarized as follows. The constitution in Homeopathy Treatment belong to wood type in the shape constitution includes Gmphites (wood-fire type), Pulsatilla, Causbcum, Skilica (water-wood type), and Carcinosin (water-wood type). There are Sulphur, Phosphorus, Argentum nitricum, and Baryta carbonica equivalent to Fire type. There are Tuberculinum(fire-soil type), Medorrhinum(fire-soil-metal type), Lycopodium (soil-metal type) equivalent to Soil type. There are Sepia, Arsenicum album (metal-water type), Lachesis, Stramonium(metal-water type), and Nux vomica(metal-water) equivalent to Metal type. There are Calcarea carbonica, Natrum muriaticum, Thuja, and Ignatia (water-wood type) equivalent to Water type. As a result, it has been shown that the various characteristics of the body constitution presented from the homeopathic point of view can be linked to a similar view to the Shape Constitution. Furthermore, the integrated understanding of the two perspectives on the body constitution can be further expanded and based on the deeper understanding and application of the constitution.
