Background: This study was a descriptive survey research on nurse’s Job performance to identify the effects of emotional intellingence, emotional labor, job stress. Method: The participants were 166 shift nurses working at three general hospital. Data were analyzed with Multiple Regression Analysis. Results: The most important factor affecting nurse’s Job performance was deep acting of Emotional intellingence (β=0.394), Emotional labor (β=0.350), which together explained there job satisfaction up to 45.6% (F=24.013, p<0.001). Conclusion: Through this study result, the factors influencing nurse’s Job performance were deep acting of emotional intellingence, emotional labor was the most influential factor. The results of this study improve nurse’s Job performance, deep action is needed for nurses to operate educational program.
