지역사회 주민의 공동체의식이 주민참여에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Community Inhabitants’ Community Sense on Their Participation

본 연구는 지역사회 주민의 공동체의식이 주민참여에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울시 소재 주민자치센터를 선정하여 2020년 7월 1알부터 30일까지 지역의 주민을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 배부된 설문지는 330부이었고 회수된 설문지는 321부이었으며, 이중에서 불성실하게 작성된 것을 제외하였고, 최종적으로 300부를 연구자료로 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS를 사용하였으며, 기술통계분석, ANOVA분석, 구조방정식분석을 실시하였다, 연구결과는 첫째, 전반적으로 공동체의식 수준이 보통이하로 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 공동체의식이 주민참여에 미치는 영향에는 구성원이 주민의식과 충족감이 높으면 높을수록 주민참여가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지역주민의 충족감은 공동체에 소속해 있는 충만감이나 만족감으로 볼 때 지역사회에 대한 만족감을 높여야 주민참여가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 대한민국의 공동체사업의 기초자료가 될 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of community inhabitants community sense on their participation. For the study, the community inhabitants of the selected community centers in Seoul were targeted from July 1st, 2020 to July 30th, 2020. 330 questionnaires were distributed and 321 answers were collected. Except the insincerely answers, 300 answers were accepted as research data finally. SPSS, descriptive statiscics analysis, ANOVA analysis, and structure equation analysis were applied to analyze data. The result of the study first of all is that the overall level of community sense showed lower than average. Second, the higher rate of residents participation showed as high community sense and satisfaction as they have. Third, the residents participated more when they have high satisfaction with the community considering their satisfaction as a sense of belonging. This research result is expected to be the basic data of the community project of South Korea.
