진로집단프로그램이 중학생의 진로성숙도와 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

The Effect of a Career Group Counseling Program on Middle School Students Career Maturity and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy: Focusing on the Teenager Occupation Program (TOP)

본 연구는 청소년 직업 및 취업설계프로그램(TOP)을 바탕으로 구성한 진로집단프로 그램이 중학생의 진로성숙도 및 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 목적으로 경기도 광명시 소재 중학교 2학년 학생 30명을 대상으로 하였다. 실험집단 비교집단 각각 15명씩 배치하였고, 비교집단은 서울시교육청 서울시교육연구정보원에서 개발한 『미디어와 함께하는 교실 속 진로체험』을 적용하여 효과성을 알아보았 다. 연구결과 첫째, 진로성숙도 하위영역별로 반복측정변량분석을 한 결과, 진로확정 도, 진로독립도, 진로타협도, 진로선택태도, 진로관여도 모두 5가지 영역에서 비교집단에 비해 유의한 결과를 보였다. 둘째, 진로결정 자기효능감 하위영역별로 반복측정변 량분석을 한 결과, 직업정보수집, 목표설정, 계획수립, 문제해결, 자기평가의 5가지 하위 영역에서 비교집단에 비해 유의한 결과를 보여 진로결정 자기효능감의 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 청소년 직업 및 취업설계프로그램(TOP)은 중학생의 진로성숙도와 진로결정 자기효능감을 향상시키는데 긍정적 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the program after developing a group program for middle school students career maturity and career decision-making self-efficacy improved based on precedent studies. Shown to make significant difference in carrer maturity and career decision self-efficacy, Teenager Occupation Program(TOP) was found to have a positive effect. Second, the difference between the experimental group and the comparison group of Teenager Occupation Program(TOP) whether or not to participate in the program was also statistically significant in all five different sub-areas of career maturity, career independency, career choice, career compromise, attitude choosing their path after graduation, awareness of their career. The study proved that important to help them attain career decision-making self-efficacy rather than simply providing career-related information and urging them to engage in more preparation.
