대학생의 자아정체감에 관한 탐색적 연구

An Exploratory Study on Undergraduates Ego-Identity: Centered on students who are attending liberal arts teaching profession curricular at H University

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 자아정체감이 전공 영역 및 성별에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 알아보는 것이다. H대학교에서 교양과목과 교직과목을 수강하는 학생 98명을 대상으로 하여 박아청(2004)의 한국형 자아정체감 검사를 실시하였으며, 최종 분석 대상은 91명(남 43, 여 48)이다. 연구결과 대학생의 전공 영역 및 성별에 따른 자아정 체감 총점에서는 유의미한 차이가 나지 않았으나 하위 요인별로는 서로 다른 양상을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학생의 자아정체감 형성을 위한 교양교육의 방향 설정에 참고할 만한 시사점을 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study aims at examining whether there is difference in undergraduates ego-identity according to their major field and gender. For 98 students who are attending liberal arts and teaching profession curricular at H university, a Korean ego-identity scale by Park Ah-Cheong(2004) was conducted. The final analysis was done for 91(43 males, 48 females). As the result, there was no significant difference in the total scores of undergraduates ego-identity according to their major field and gender but showed different aspects by sub-factor. Findings of this research have significance in that they give a suggestion for setting a direction of education of liberal arts to establish ego-identity of undergraduates.
