생활무용 참가자의 참가정도에 따른 운동정서와 운동중독의 관계

Relationship Between Exercise Emotion and Exercise Addiction from Degree with Participation of Life Dance Participants

본 연구의 목적인 생활무용 참가자의 참가정도에 따른 운동정서와 운동중독의 관계를 구명하기 위하여 부산 소재 생활무용 참가자 여성 392명을 대상으로, 설문지법에 수집된 자료를 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 변인에 따른 생활무용 참가자의 참가정도, 운동정서, 운동중독은 연령, 직업, 소득에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 생활무용 참가자의 참가기간은 운동정서의 하위요인인 재미, 긍지, 정화에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 운동중 독은 운동의존, 운동동기에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 생활무용 참가자의 참가빈도는 운동정서의 하위요인인 재미, 긍지, 활력, 성취에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 운동중 독에는 사회적 문제, 운동의존, 운동동기, 운동욕구, 금단증세에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 생활무용 참가자의 참가시간은 운동정서의 하위요인인 활력에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 운동중독은 사회적 문제, 운동동기, 운동욕구, 금단증세에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 생활무용 참가자의 운동정서와 운동중독에 미치는 영향으로 운동정서의 하위요인인 재미는 사회적 문제, 운동의존, 운동동기에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 성취는 운동동기, 운동욕구에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 활력은 사회적 문제, 운동의존, 운동동기, 운동욕구, 금단증세에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 정화는 운동의존, 운동동기, 금단증세에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

This paper is mainly aimed to examine the relationship between exercise emotion and exercise addiction from life dance participant s degree with participation. The result listed below by analyzing date using SPSS for Windows Version 18.0 statistics program carried out from a survey targeting a number of 392 adult women participating in life dance based in Busan. First, Degree with participated in life dance exercise emotion and exercise addiction is to that there was presented a difference in age, occupation, incomes. Second, The period participation effected to interest, pride, purification in low rank cause of exercise emotion. For exercise addiction it was effected to rely on exercise, and exercise motive. Third, The frequency of participation is to that there was effected to interest pride, energy, achievement in low rank cause of exercise emotion. The exercise addiction which was effected to social problems, rely on exercise, exercise motive, exercise desire, abstinence syndrome. Forth, The time of participation was effecting to energy in low rank cause of exercise emotion. In exercise addiction, there was effected to social problems, exercise motive, exercise desire, and abstinence syndrome. Last, The effect of exercise emotion and exercise addiction, is to interest under low rank cause of exercise emotion was effected to social problems, rely on exercise, exercise motive. Achievements was effected to exercise motive, exercise desire and the energy is to effected in social problems, rely on exercise, exercise motive, exercise desire, abstinence syndrome. The purification is to that there was effected to rely on exercise, exercise motive, abstinence syndrome.
