현대미술에서 나타나는 표현의 다양성

The diversity of expression in modern art

현대미술은 특정한 하나의 장르로 표현하기도 하고, 인접한 분야와의 경계를 자유롭게 넘나들면서 표현하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 과거의 미술작품은 관람객이 수동적으로 접근할 수밖에 없었는데, 현대에는 관람객이 능동적으로 사유하며 감상해야 한다. 회화나 조각은 단순하게 재현미술이라는 한계를 벗어나고 규격화된 화면을 변형하거나 오브제를 활용하는 등 다양한 표현이 가능해졌다. 본 연구는 회화, 조각, 설치미술 등에서 나타나는 다양한 매체와 표현기법에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

Modern art can be expressed in a particular genre, and can be seen freely crossing borders with adjacent areas. Art works of the past had to be approached passively by visitors, but in modern times, visitors should actively reflect on them. Paintings and sculptures are not simply reproducible art, but they can be expressed in a variety of ways, such as modifying a standardized screen or using objects. In this study, we will look at various media and expressions that appear in paintings, sculptures, and installation art.
