특성화고등학교 교사의 ICT 활용수업의도와 관련변인 연구

A study on variables of intention to use ICT in specialized high school teachers

본 연구는 특성화고등학교 교사의 ICT 리터러시 수준, ICT 활용가치, ICT 활용환경이 ICT 활용의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 723명의 특성화고등학교 교사들을 대상으로 관련 변인에 대한 설문 조사를 시행하였으며, 특성화고등학교 교사들의 ICT 리터러시 수준은 유사한 과거 연구결과에 비해 상대적으로 높은 수준을 보이고 있었다. ICT 활용수업의도의 경우 ICT 활용환경과 ICT 활용가치 변인을 삽입한 모델의 분석결과 ICT 활용수업을 통해 학생들의 학습 관련 역량이 향상될 것이라 기대하는 ICT 활용가치가 교사들의 ICT 활용수업을 더욱 촉진시키는 것으로 나타났다. ICT 환경이 ICT 활용을 촉진시키거나 영향을 준다는 보편적인 연구결과에 반해 특성화고등학교 교사의 ICT 환경은 그들의 ICT 활용수업의도에 영향력을 가지고 있지 않은 것으로 나타나 현재의 특성화고등학교 ICT 활용환경에 대한 지원책보다는 실제 활용 시의 가치에 대한 인식전환 등을 모색해볼 필요성이 있을 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of ICT literacy level, ICT utilization value, and ICT utilization environment on specialized high school teachers’ intention to use ICT. ICT literacy and intention to use ICT were surveyed among 723 specialized high school teachers. The ICT literacy level of specialized high school teachers was relatively high compared to similar research results. In the case of the intention of using ICT classes, the results of the analysis of the model incorporating the ICT utilization environment and ICT utilization value variables further promote teachers’ ICT utilization classes by expecting that ICT utilization values that students related learning ability will be improved through ICT utilization classes. Contrary to the general findings that ICT environment promotes or influences the use of ICT, ICT environments of specialized high school teachers do not have an influence on their intention to use ICT. Thus, there seems to be a need to seek a change in perception of the value of practical use.
