본 연구는 다양한 상담이론 중에서 일반 체계 이론을 근거로 하여 가족의 구조와 하위 체계, 그리고 경계선을 강조한 구조적 가족치료의 연구 동향을 분석함으로써 연구의 성과를 정리하고 앞으로의 연구 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 현대사회의 주요한 상담이론 중인 하나인 구조적 가족치료 연구는 1991년부터 2019년까지 총 26편의 학술 논문(KCI 등재)을 발표하였으며, 이를 연구의 유목과 연구 방법별로 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 유목별로는 (임상적) 치료 연구가 69.23%, 비(非) 치료 연구가 30.77%로 나타났다. 연구 방법별로, 질적 연구 방법은 88.47%, 양적 연구 방법이 11.53%로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 구조적 가족치료 연구의 중요성을 밝히고, 비(非) 치료 연구 및 연구 방법의 통합적 연구가 더 활발히 진행되어야 함을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate research trends by reviewing articles related to Structural Family Therapy and to provide fundamental meterials for further study. A total of 26 published articles(KCI) from 1991 to 2019 were analyzed and classified in several ways. First, clinical-research articles(69.23%) were distinguished from non-clinical articles(30.77%). For research method, qualitative analyses(88.47%) were mainly used which was followed by the quantative analyses(11.53%). The results of this study clarified the importatnce of Structural Family Therapy and suggested that non-clinical research and integrated quantative and qualitative approach for further study should be conducted.
