교정기관 직업훈련 프로그램 참여자의 학습전이 영향요인 분석

Analysis for learning transfer related factors in vocational training program for prison inmates

이 연구는 법무부에서 시행하는 직업훈련 과정에 참여하는 수형자들의 학습전이 기대에 영향을 주는 요인을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 교정시설에 수감생활 중 직업훈련 교육을 받고 있는 수형자 180명의 자료를 실제분석에 사용하였다. 조사도구는 설문지를 사용하였으며, 요인 간 관계 규명을 위해 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 분석 결과 본 연구에서 설정한 여섯 가지 요인 중 학습동기, 전이설계, 교육만족도가 학습전이의 기대에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교정본부 및 수형자 훈련기관은 직업훈련 수료자에 대한 실질적인 지원책과 함께 출소 후 관련 업무에서 실제 활용할 수 있는 현업 적용 가능성을 최우선으로 고려한 교육훈련 설계를 염두에 두어야 할 것이다

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that affect learning transfer of prison inmates participating in vocational training program. One hundred and eighty-four prisoners who were in vocational training program participated in the study. The participants were asked to answer the survey questionnaire for learning transfer and the collected data was analyzed with multiple regression. The result of multiple regression indicated that four factors including learning motivation, transition design, satisfaction of vocational training, and organizational support had impact on learning transfer. Thus, Korea correctional service in the ministry of justice and vocational training institution for prison inmates should consider the designing vocational training program for the implementation after release and the practical supports for the vocational trainee.
