경계분석을 통한 전문계 교원 양성 및 임용에 관한 정책과제 도출

Study on the Derivation of the Policy Issues of Pre-service Education and Recruitment System of Vocational Teachers through Boundary Analysis

본 연구는 경계분석을 통해 전문계 교원 양성 및 임용에 관한 정책과제를 탐색하는데 목적이 있었다. 2000년부터 지금까지 전문계 교원양성 및 임용체제와 관련하여 발행된 학술지 16편을 대상으로 내용분석과 연결망분석을 실시하였다. 전문계 교원 양성 단계에서는 양성체제 개편, 양성기관 교육과정 개편, 산업체 현장실습 개선, 학교 교육실습 개선, 양성기관 질 관리, 양성기관 입학자원 관리의 정책과제를 구명하였으며, 전문계 교원 임용 단계에서는 자격제도 보완, 외부인력 유치, 탄력적 임용, 표시과목 개선의 정책과제를 구명하였다. 전문계 교원 양성 및 임용단계의 정책과제들은 서로 긴밀히 연계되어 있었다. 각 정책과제 수행에 있어 핵심적인 주체는 정부와 양성기관인 것으로 나타났으며, 산업체 이해관계자와 학교의 참여와 협력이 필요한 정책과제도 구명하였다.

The purposes of this study was to explore policy issues of pre-service education and recruitment system of vocational teachers through boundary analysis. A total of 16 research articles related to the pre-service education and recruitment System of vocational teachers since 2000 were analyzed using the content analysis method and the network text analysis method. Teacher education system reform, curriculum reform, improvement industry job training, improvement educational practice, quality management of teacher education institutions, student selection management of teacher education institutions were identified with the policy issues of pre-service education of vocational teachers. Improvement qualification system, attracting external human resources as a vocational teachers, flexible recruitment, improvement indication subject were identified with the policy issues of teacher recruitment system of vocational teachers. Policy issues of pre-service education and recruitment system of vocational teachers were closely linked to each other. Main subjects for developing and implementing policy issues were the government and teacher education institutions, policy issues that require cooperation and participation of industry and vocational high school system stakeholders were also identified.
