이 연구는 전략적 인적자원개발에 대한 국내․외 문헌을 토대로 연구동향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 한국학술지인용색인과 Scopus 데이터베이스를 이용하여 전략적 인적자원개발’, ‘전략적 HRD’를 주제어로 자료를 검색하였다. 또한 검색한 논문의 참고문헌을 검토하여 분석 대상 논문을 추가하였다. 주제에 적합한 논문인지를 확인하여 총 71편 (국문학술지 32편, 해외 학술지 39편)의 논문을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 연구대상 논문에 대하여 연구주제, 연구방법, 논문발행연도에 대해 조사하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구주제 면에서는 SHRD와의 관계 분석, SHRD 실천 활동, SHRD 기초 연구 주제의 연구 빈도가 유사하게 나타난 반면 SHRD 평가/진단 연구 빈도는 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 연구방법과 관련해서는 문헌연구가 차지하는 비중이 압도적으로 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 논문발행연도를 살펴보면 SHRD 연구가 2006년도와 2010년도에 집중되어 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 SHRD 연구 발전을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.
This study aims to diagnose the state of SHRD and suggest issues for developing SHRD research through content analysis of journals. For this purpose, Academic journals searched by the keyword of ‘strategic human resource development’ and ‘strategic HRD’ in the database of Korea citation index and Scopus. Journals for content analysis are added through reviewing reference of articles searched. Finally, 71 journals (32 korean and 39 foreign articles) are confirmed for this study trough examining of research topic, research themes, research methodology and publication year are analyzed to find implications. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1) the researches on the themes related to analysis of relationship with SHRD, SHRD practice, SHRD basic study are published as similar frequency whereas SHRD evaluation/diagnosis studies have low frequency. 2) SHRD studies are much depended on literature review methodology. 3) Journals have been published during 2006~2010 period intensively. SHRD research issues are suggested based on the findings of this study.
